Terms of Service

By using Mail in Sync you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Mail in Sync is a third-party email synchronization service that copies emails from a source mailbox (e.g. Yahoo Mail) to a Gmail inbox using IMAP and the Gmail API. We are not affiliated with Yahoo, Google, or any email provider we support. "Gmailify" and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

• You must be 18 or older to use the service.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You must not use the service for spam, bulk mailing, or any unlawful purpose.
• One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Mail in Sync is for personal email migration and synchronization only. You may not use it to harvest, scrape, or process third-party email data. You must have the right to access both the source and destination accounts.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for email loss caused by third-party API changes, provider outages, or force majeure events.

Mail in Sync is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you by email for material changes.
